Link Blog Specification (use of Emacs/Scala/Lift/Antlr)

Specification for Emacs Link Blog Tool.

Overview:

A link blog contains blog entries which in turn contain a list of links. This tool will aid in the creation of a link blog service. The emacs IDE is a powerful development environment that also includes a lisp based plugin system. We can build a Text over HTTP protocol that interfaces with an emacs plugin. A user can then use the emacs plugin to add entries to the blog.
